Do you know that some people don't really know when they truly love someone? Do you know that sometimes infatuation is mistaken for love? Lust is also misunderstood as love. There are times when some of us are in lust and we think we are in love.
In order to clear these misconceptions; I have come up with some tips that will help you determine when you are trully in love.
Here are the tips:
1. When you are truly in love with someone, you won't see the person's physical disabilities or facial appearance. Even if other people are seeing the person as an ugly person, the person will look beautiful/handsome in your eyes. This is why you see some people getting married to the blind, the deaf, the crippled and even the dumb. I have seen a blind man married to a very beautiful lady. I have also seen a deaf and dumb married to a very handsome man. That is what we call true love. True love does not look at the physical appearance. Therefore, if you love your guy / girl because of his / her handsomeness / beauty, you are not trully in love but in lust.
2. If you truly love him / her, you will be very happy to spend time with the him / her. Infact whenever you hear that he / she is coming to visit you, you will be very happy, just because the person you trully love is coming.
3. When you are in a genuine love, you find it very difficult to quit the relationship even if your partner has some bad characters. This is just because, love has a big room for accommodating mistakes and inconveniences.
4. If you can't do without hearing his / her voice everyday, then you are truly in love.
5. If you always think about him / her everyday, then you are truly in love.
6. If you can't eat food because you and your partner had a quarrel, then you are truly in love.
7. If you cry and shed tears because your guy / girl wants to quit the relationship, then you are in a real love.
8. If you can take a risk and sacrifice for his / her sake, then the love is original.
9. If you are willing to do anything in order to make him / her happy, then you are in true love.
10. If you smile, laugh and happily discuss or chat with him / her, you are in the deep ocean of genuine love.

Difference between motion exparte and motion on notice

Both are interlocutory injunctions sought by way of applications (prayer) before the court; but they serve different purposes. Motion exparte which is interpreted as 'on one party' is an application before the court in time of urgency; to restrain from doing an act which may cause an irreparable injury to the applicant. The order subsists pending the final determination of the suit. Eg. If the subject matter of the suit is a an economic tree, and the defendant intends to cut the tree because he claims it belongs to him, the plaintiff can apply for a motion exparte for court to stop the Defendant from cutting the tree until the suit is determined. It is an exception to the rule of fair hearing enshrined in the constitution.
