The first mistake I made on amazon

In fulfillment of my promise in my previous post that I will write an article on my experince on Amazon as a beginner, today I have decided to fulfil the promise; hence the emergence of this article. Just like very other beginer, I also had an encounter on amazon too; a bad encounter so to say. The first mistake I made on amazon was when I bought an android pc thinking it was a very good laptop. Hahahaha! I saw the price ($104) Hundred and four US Dollars for a brand new, so I thought God has buttered my bread on that day; not until when it arrived and I discovered it wasn't what I wanted to buy. What a frustration! I think you can now see the reason why it is of a paramount importance that you make serious enquiries before you buy anything on amazon website. I was a victim just because I didn't realise how important it was to make enquiries before buying on amazon, then as a beginer. Believe me, I couldn't use the android pc because its battery barely lasted for thirty minutes. Did I say thirty minutes? Yes, I mean thirty minutes even as a brand new pc. I ended up doing trade by batter with the android pc because I couldn't even get someone to buy it. I exchanged it with project topics and materials from my friend, Ndukwe Chukwuemeka, the owner of www.coolperfectsms.com.

Difference between motion exparte and motion on notice

Both are interlocutory injunctions sought by way of applications (prayer) before the court; but they serve different purposes. Motion exparte which is interpreted as 'on one party' is an application before the court in time of urgency; to restrain from doing an act which may cause an irreparable injury to the applicant. The order subsists pending the final determination of the suit. Eg. If the subject matter of the suit is a an economic tree, and the defendant intends to cut the tree because he claims it belongs to him, the plaintiff can apply for a motion exparte for court to stop the Defendant from cutting the tree until the suit is determined. It is an exception to the rule of fair hearing enshrined in the constitution.
