How to start buying things on amazon; for beginers

In case you have been wondering how to start buying on amazon, I have a goodnews for you. Today I am writing on the criteria for buying on amazon as a beginner. Though, it may sound as if it is so easy to start buying things on amazon; the truth remains that it is not always easy as we always think. I can recall my experience then as a beginner; yes as a beginner then. For you to start buying things on amazon online shop, the first thing to do is to create an account, just as it is done on any websites that requires personal profile. You get to create an account using your email I'd. After that, a link will be sent to your email for confirmation. After confirmation you need to provide your credit or debit card information and your billing address. Note that your billing address is the same address you opened your account with in your bank. After doing that, amazon will contact your financial institution (bank) to confirm if you are the original owner of the credit or debit card you have provided. This is to avoid fraud. In some cases they will ask you to send them your bank information via fax; not email. It is after the verification exercise which at times may take up to two weeks before you can start making purchases. Watchout for my next post on my experince on Amazon as a beginner.

Difference between motion exparte and motion on notice

Both are interlocutory injunctions sought by way of applications (prayer) before the court; but they serve different purposes. Motion exparte which is interpreted as 'on one party' is an application before the court in time of urgency; to restrain from doing an act which may cause an irreparable injury to the applicant. The order subsists pending the final determination of the suit. Eg. If the subject matter of the suit is a an economic tree, and the defendant intends to cut the tree because he claims it belongs to him, the plaintiff can apply for a motion exparte for court to stop the Defendant from cutting the tree until the suit is determined. It is an exception to the rule of fair hearing enshrined in the constitution.
