How to start blogging; for beginers

Becoming a blogger is as easy as taking a breath but honestly speaking it has its hindrances too. It is one thing to become a blogger and another thing to become a successful blogger. In this post, I am concentrating on the things you need to become a blogger - to start blogging. If you want to know what it takes to become a successful blogger, subscribe for my next post so you don't miss it. In order to start blogging in case you intend to, you need an email account with google. Did I say google? Yes! I mean the Google giant because if you want to enjoy blogging and make earnings via google ads as a beginer, the best platform to start is the Blogger at www.blogger.com or www.blogspot.com which is owned by the Google giant. Unlike the wordpress blog which you can't make earning via google ads as a new blogger until you migrate to cutom domain - .com, .net, .info, etc. extension, on blogger you are eligible to do that if you have quality and original contents on your new blog and you also meet other criteria set out by Google as terms and conditions for blogging. So you must have a gmail account, have access to internet and have a device that is capable of browsing. Note that, PC is not necessary for blogging; unless at the preliminary stage when you want to design your blog to give it an attractive look. So, when you necessarily need a personal computer (PC) is at the designing stage; after that, you can use even your Blackbery phone to blog. Myself, I use my Blackberry Curve 9800 Javeline to blog almost all the time and honestly speaking, I enjoy it. It is less expensive compare to blogging on PC or other devices. It is only when I want to re-touch my blog design to add more beauty to it that I use my PC. Blogging is interesting, rewarding and when you grow to a certain level, it can be lucrative. Don't forget to subscribe so you may get my future posts on how to blog using your Blackberry phone, other devices, how to earn more via your blog, etc.

Difference between motion exparte and motion on notice

Both are interlocutory injunctions sought by way of applications (prayer) before the court; but they serve different purposes. Motion exparte which is interpreted as 'on one party' is an application before the court in time of urgency; to restrain from doing an act which may cause an irreparable injury to the applicant. The order subsists pending the final determination of the suit. Eg. If the subject matter of the suit is a an economic tree, and the defendant intends to cut the tree because he claims it belongs to him, the plaintiff can apply for a motion exparte for court to stop the Defendant from cutting the tree until the suit is determined. It is an exception to the rule of fair hearing enshrined in the constitution.
