Bishop Oyedepo prophecies for 2015

The Living Faith Church aka (Winners' Chapel International) had her annual event known as Shiloh for the year 2014. The anual gathering which witnessed unprecedented attendees from across the globe started on 9th December and ended on 13th of the same month. During the power-packed convention, the President
and founder of the
church, Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo popularly called papa by members of the church declared some
power-packed prophecies concerning year 2015.
Below is the list of the prohecies:
* 2015 shall be a year with clear distinctions;
*In 2015, nobody will doubt those who serve God. It will be clear that we are only in the world but not of the world.
*In 2015, my God will wipe away all your tears.
*There shall be no occasion for mourning or
weeping in 2015.
*Throughout 2015, you are not permitted to bury anyone in your life because there shall be no more death.
*In 2015, some things that cause you sorrow will be far from you.
*In 2015, you will not need any medication to be healthy.
*In 2015 your night season is over.
*God will be all you need for triumphant life and victorious living all through 2015.
*There shall be a rise of many giants in all sectors of human endeavor in 2015.
*There shall be a sudden rise of giants in Zion.
*Men like nations will rise in the year 2015.
*Men that will command attention of many nations shall arise in 2015.
God has brought us into the realm of heaven on earth; where men will live like angels.
I release you into your season of exploits.
Before unveiling the theme of the year (2015), as is
the custom of the church, Papa also described 2015 as a year where there shall be a rise of international and intellectual giants.
He now says; 2015 is our year of Heaven on Earth.

Difference between motion exparte and motion on notice

Both are interlocutory injunctions sought by way of applications (prayer) before the court; but they serve different purposes. Motion exparte which is interpreted as 'on one party' is an application before the court in time of urgency; to restrain from doing an act which may cause an irreparable injury to the applicant. The order subsists pending the final determination of the suit. Eg. If the subject matter of the suit is a an economic tree, and the defendant intends to cut the tree because he claims it belongs to him, the plaintiff can apply for a motion exparte for court to stop the Defendant from cutting the tree until the suit is determined. It is an exception to the rule of fair hearing enshrined in the constitution. So, the Defendant need not be served provided the Plaintiff can convince the court that waiting for the Defendant to be served will occasion an irreparable injury on him as the Defendant may cut the tree before service is effected on him.
